Handbook and policies
The documents parents ask for most. Every school policy, newest version first, is in the policy library.

Transfer certificates and complaints
Both go into the school office's system with a reference, so nothing is lost between desks.

Transfer certificate
Give your child's name, grade, section, admission (GR) number, the academic year and the reason for leaving. Fees must be clear; the accounts office will tell you if anything is outstanding.

A formal complaint
Speak to the class teacher first where you can. If that does not resolve it, write here: the school follows its Parent Complaint Policy and replies in writing.
